  • Tools (for fix-up tasks around the building)
  • Contractors/handymen that can help with odd jobs
  • Computers (in good shape please)
  • Men’s personal hygiene items (razors, shaving cream, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant)

  • Towels and wash cloths Housewares for men being discharged (dishes, pots & pans, silverware)

Donation Support
Thanks to generous individuals like you, Joseph’s Home continues to be blessed with many donations of all sorts. Volunteers are needed to assist in sorting and organizing the donations that we receive. We also welcome help picking up donations from various locations throughout the Greater Cleveland area as well as redistributing donations that Joseph’s Home cannot use to other social service agencies within Cleveland. No donation ever goes to waste at Joseph’s Home.

Care Kits, for Men Going HOME
Each time a resident is successfully discharged from Joseph’s Home, we send him off with a “care kit” to help him establish his new home. This care kit contains home essentials such as pots and pans, sheets and blankets, towels, dinnerware, dishes – everything that makes a home comfortable and safe. Please consider helping a newly discharged resident of Joseph’s Home start his new life in his new home by assembling your own care kit.

Joseph’s Home is Now Registered on Target
In addition to your much needed monetary support, now you can make in-kind donations to Joseph’s Home from your computer. Joseph’s Home has registered on the Target website for items such as pillows, blankets, sheets, personal hygiene items and much more. These critically needed items can now be purchased through the Target website and shipped directly to Joseph’s Home. There is always an ongoing need for many items as new residents arrive and discharged residents move on to permanent homes. Our kitchen and office often need items as well. We hope you will visit the Target website at www.target.com and click on Gift Registries + Lists. A dropdown menu will ask for a first and last name. Enter “Josephs” for the first name (no apostrophe) and “Home” for the last name. A list will be displayed showing the many items needed by residents. This is a wonderful way to help Joseph’s Home without leaving the comfort of your home. Thank you for supporting Joseph’s Home.
