My name is Khalid Jinna and I am a resident at Joseph’s Home, whose primary function is to assist homeless men with medical problems to become productive citizens of society. Since I’ve been here it’s been a very eventful learning process. I have received a great amount of grace, mercy, love, and direction in my life, compared to where I was at before this institution opened the doors for me. I am very thankful for people such as: Director Jackson, Sr. Sandy, Rodney D., Sr. Regina, Jackie, Mike, Jerome and Jeff and last but not least Bill, my art instructor.
Hopefully one day I’ll be in a position to give something back to this great institution, and thanks for allowing me the honor to share these moments with every one here. |
